To architect and build the digital infrastructure of a new cultural sport. At the center is The Campus – the online platform where players gather, compete, develop, and connect. You are not building a single product. You are building the operating system for a new sport – and everything it technically requires to exist in the world.

THE VISION

Within two decades, The Custodian Games will be as culturally unifying as the Olympics – yet measured not by how fast we run, but by how deeply we contribute. At the heart of that future is a platform where any person, anywhere, can step into a Custodian Games match – guided by an AI host, scored across four dimensions of human capacity, connected to a global field of players, and sent home with a tailored plan on how to deepen their own embodiment of custodianship. That experience, repeatable and scalable, is what you’ll make possible.

THE ROLE

As Custodian of Technology, you will own the full technical vision of The Campus – from architecture decisions to team building to long-term scalability. You’ll work directly with the founder and core team to synchronize the digital, physical, and cultural layers of the ecosystem. You are the person who decides how this gets built – and then builds it.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD

The AI Host — A 24/7 facilitator that convenes any group, runs a full match, and delivers personalized embodiment feedback.

Scoring & Leaderboards — A live scoring engine quantifying custodial performance across four dimensions, with seasonal leaderboards and competitive progression.

Tailored Embodiment Feedback — After every session, each participant receives a personalized report: what the game revealed, where they thrived, where they struggled, what to deepen next.

Matchmaking by Resonance — Connecting players through purpose, complementarity, and shared developmental arcs – not demographics.

The Social Layer — A community space for practicing custodianship together: learning materials, reflection, accountability, connection.

Arena Integration — Event registration, bracket management, and the infrastructure that turns digital progression into real-world competition.

Launch The Campus MVP — players can watch recordings of matches, receive learning material, tailored coaching, and connect with other Custodians.
Ship the AI Host — two people can gather and play a full match without a human moderator present.

WHERE YOU’LL LIVE & BUILD

This is not a remote job. Where exactly the team is based, though, is built for movement rather than fixed to one spot.

Europe is the anchor. This is where the Games are growing fastest, and where the majority of our year will be spent. The highest concentration of Custodian archetypes – impact entrepreneurs, conscious athletes, purpose-driven builders – lives within a few hours of each other across Amsterdam, Berlin, Lisbon, and London. Most Arenas will be hosted here, and so will most of our time.

Bali stays part of the rhythm. It’s where the Custodian Games originated, and it remains a place with a very high concentration of people already living at the intersection of consciousness and impact. Beyond that, the map is still being drawn. The US is next – the question is just when – and as the Games take root there, where the team spends time will keep shifting with it.

We’re not asking you to commit to a fixed schedule. We’re asking for the flexibility to build where the work actually is, season by season, as the shape of this becomes clearer. Of course, this isn’t about high-speed world travel. Wherever we are, that’s a base – a couple of months at a stretch, from which short trips happen when they’re needed.

We are building a small group of core co-creators who share not just a mission but a way of life – working together, training together, building something together that none of us could reach alone. Families are welcome.

This is not a startup that asks you to sacrifice everything for the product. The product is the integrated life.

This is how we work in the founding phase, because you cannot build a movement around human development without actually practicing it together, in person. Of course, that needs to change as we scale. But right now, proximity and the agility to move where the mission needs us – are the method.
