As Custodian of Arena, you turn The Custodian Games from a digital ecosystem into a lived global movement — producing events that merge the thrill of competition with the depth of transformation. You build the stages where purpose, play, and performance unite.


THE VISION

Within two decades, the Custodian Games will be the Olympics of Human Evolution — global tournaments where millions train not to defeat others, but to deepen their capacity to contribute. Your work ensures that every Arena — from Bali to Berlin, New York to Nairobi — becomes a ritual space where individual and collective growth converge.


THE ROLE

As Custodian of Arena, you own the full live experience of the Custodian Games — from concept to curtain call. You’ll build and lead local production teams across continents, forge venue and brand partnerships, and translate the digital ecosystem into physical ritual. You work directly with the founder and core team to synchronize the event layer with the platform and media layers of the ecosystem. You are the person who decides what the Arenas should look like — and then makes them happen.


WHAT YOU’LL BUILD

Arenas — Regional tournaments where Custodians gather to compete and collaborate in embodied gameplay, each one a ritual as much as an event.

The Finals — The global apex tournament celebrating the most integrated players before the eyes of the world.

Local Chapters — Community-driven micro-events that sustain engagement and culture year-round between Arenas.

Scalable Playbooks — Production systems and event templates that make each gathering replicable yet locally alive.

  • Deliver the first season of Custodian Games Arenas, each synchronized with the digital platform.
  • Establish production playbooks for scalable, regenerative event operations.
  • Build a network of local producers, facilitators, and venue partners across target cities.
  • Set a new cultural standard for gatherings that are as emotionally resonant as they are operationally flawless.

WHERE YOU’LL LIVE & BUILD

This is not a remote job. Six months in Bali. Six months in Europe. Every year.

In Bali, Robert Gladitz, our founder, is building CUSTODIA — a regenerative living and impact hub that serves as the ideal base to build the Custodian Games at. Bali is where the density of people already living at the intersection of consciousness and impact is unlike anywhere else on earth.

Europe is where the Games will grow fastest. The highest concentration of Custodian archetypes — impact entrepreneurs, conscious athletes, purpose-driven builders — lives within a few hours of each other across Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, and London. The majority of our Arenas will be hosted here. So we live here too, for half the year, embedded in the communities we’re activating.

The rhythm between the two isn’t a compromise. It’s the architecture — roots in Bali, expansion through Europe, with the founding tribe moving together between both.

We are building a small group of core co-creators who share not just a mission but a way of life — working together, training together, building something together that none of us could reach alone. Families are welcome.

This is not a startup that asks you to sacrifice everything for the product. The product is the integrated life.

This is how we work in the founding phase, because you cannot build a movement around human development without actually practicing it together, in person. That changes as we scale. But right now, proximity is the method.
