YOUR MISSION

To build the story engine of a new cultural sport. As Custodian of Media, you turn the Custodian Games into a global narrative — creating cinematic storytelling that moves hearts, scales consciousness, and inspires millions to train for a thriving civilization. You transform the Games into culture — every frame, every story, every season becomes a myth of human evolution.

THE VISION

Within two decades, the Custodian Games are not only played — they are watched, felt, and lived by the masses across the world. Like the Olympics, but measured in wisdom and collaboration rather than speed and strength — a movement where a new kind of hero inspires the masses. Your work ensures that the world sees, feels, and follows this evolution.

THE ROLE

As Custodian of Media, you own the full narrative and creative identity of the Custodian Games — from visual language to distribution strategy. You’ll build and lead a team of filmmakers, editors, and storytellers, forge partnerships with brands and streaming platforms, and establish the systems that turn every match, every quest, and every Custodian into content that fuels the movement. You work directly with the founder and core team to synchronize the media layer with the arena and platform layers of the ecosystem. You are the person who decides how the world experiences the Custodian Games — and then makes them feel it.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD

The Media House — A creative studio producing world-class storytelling across documentary, social, and interactive media.

The Narrative Arc — Season-by-season story architecture that turns players into heroes and arenas into cultural moments.

Digital Amplification — Social-first content systems that drive reach while maintaining the depth and integrity of the movement.

Brand Creative Direction — The aesthetic and creative standard for all brand collaborations — ensuring every partner association looks, feels, and sounds like the Custodian Games.

Player as Storyteller — Systems that turn every participant’s quest into content, making the community itself the most powerful distribution channel.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A visionary storyteller fluent in the language of both art and algorithms.
  • Experience leading creative or marketing teams in media, entertainment, sports, or mission-driven brands.
  • Deep understanding of narrative architecture, viral dynamics, and cultural psychology.
  • Capable of producing or directing high-level visual content — from cinematic documentaries to social-first campaigns.
  • Passionate about myth-making, meaning, and media ethics — using storytelling as a tool for regeneration.
  • Balances data-driven strategy with emotional intelligence and creative intuition.
  • Personally committed to holistic development, actively training the four dimensions of custodianship: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

OUTCOMES

  • Establish the Custodian Games Media House as a globally recognized creative studio.
  • Launch the first season’s media arc — from player stories to arena coverage to global campaigns.
  • Produce documentaries, brand collaborations, and social-first series that drive cultural resonance and viral growth.
  • Build a sustainable revenue model through sponsorships, licensing, and distribution partnerships.
  • Turn the Custodian Games into a global cultural brand — a story the world wants to follow.

WHERE YOU’LL LIVE & BUILD

This is not a remote job. Six months in Bali. Six months in Europe. Every year.

In Bali, Robert Gladitz, our founder, is building CUSTODIA — a regenerative living and impact hub that serves as the ideal base to build the Custodian Games at. Bali is where the density of people already living at the intersection of consciousness and impact is unlike anywhere else on earth.

Europe is where the Games will grow fastest. The highest concentration of Custodian archetypes — impact entrepreneurs, conscious athletes, purpose-driven builders — lives within a few hours of each other across Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, and London. The majority of our Arenas will be hosted here. So we live here too, for half the year, embedded in the communities we’re activating.

The rhythm between the two isn’t a compromise. It’s the architecture — roots in Bali, expansion through Europe, with the founding tribe moving together between both.

We are building a small group of core co-creators who share not just a mission but a way of life — working together, training together, building something together that none of us could reach alone. Families are welcome.

This is not a startup that asks you to sacrifice everything for the product. The product is the integrated life.

This is how we work in the founding phase, because you cannot build a movement around human development without actually practicing it together, in person. That changes as we scale. But right now, proximity is the method.

If you’ve spent years looking for a professional context that doesn’t make you choose between world-class work and actually living — this is that.
